All Payments Final To order tickets, complete the order portion below and return it with your check to the address provided below as soon as possible. Since seating is limited, ticket orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be mailed until March 21, 2008. Ticket orders placed after that date will be held at the “Will Call” table the morning of the breakfast. To help defray costs beyond the meal, 100 sponsor tables are available for $500 each. The sponsor’s name will be listed in the program and a table of ten will be reserved. Individual tickets are available for $20.00 each. Payment must be received by March 21st in order for table sponsors names to appear in the program. All sales Final. |
